ENROLL

Currently, we are looking for enrolling students for School Year 2024-2025. 

  1. You must apply and submit your application. 
  2. You must email the following documents to advisor@jctsmail.com
  • Referral form completed by the Guidance counselor 
  • Transcript 
  • Copy of IEP if applicable 
  • School Immunization Record 
  • Attendance Record 
  • Photo ID (School or State ID)
  1. Please note that the intake team will be contacting the Parent/ Guardian to schedule in-person interviews so please make sure that you have provided accurate contact information in the application. 
  2. For in-person interviews, the student must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian only. This also applies to any open-house as well.
  3. After the interview, the intake team will notify the parent/ guardian within 5-7 school days regarding the decision.
