Required Documents

The following documents will be requested via email after the application has been reviewed and approved by our Admissions Intake Lead.

Documents to Be Requested:
  • Current Official High School Transcript
  • IEP (if applicable)
  • Immunization Record
  • Attendance Record

The Interview

Our Intake Team Lead will contact the parent/guardian and applicant via email to schedule an interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know the applicant, discuss their educational goals, and determine whether JCTS is the right fit.

Please note: Depending on the admissions cycle, interviews may be conducted virtually or in person on designated interview dates.

Admissions Decision

Following the interview, the Admissions Team will notify both the parent/guardian and the applicant of the admissions decision via email within 10–14 school days.
